  How was your day/ week thread?

  this thread is for when you have to say something to get it out of the system, whether it is happy or sad.

  my reason for stating the thread is that on occasion some threads do tend to get a little heated here, and maybe this thread will enable us to reflect on the important fact, we are real people and not just dots on a computer screen.. i would love to start the thread with a bang, but nothing of particular interest has happened, only i do hope the weather improves as the climate i live in has been sadly chilly for the time of year, (if you get the deeper meaning).

  Oh Kate, I am sure Giordano meant well, and I am sure at one point in your past posts you touched and awakened his sensibility to your suffering...I would therefore say whilst Giordana may have no clue about your current situation, this thread is about looking to the mountains and then the sky, and then orbiting around the discussion board and seeing each poster, as well meaning....and with the boundless circle of posters that have come and gone because they couldn't get along here in hyperspace I say...it's pretty naughty to bring personal controversies to a discussion board when the target audience is those like us who are or were going through what we once went through escaping the " truth"

  So my question, now we have left the Jehovers Witness organisation, do we know where babies come from?

  The Rebel ( a) when you look at a beautiful man/ woman what do you look at first:-

  a) Her/ his eyes

  b) Her/ his teeth

  c) The sanitex rubber body stockings that get the blood boiling.

  Well the evidence is you may be wearing contact lenses, and he/ she may have false teeth, I won't go with what lies behind the sanitex rubber body stockings... So when you go to bed with a stranger make sure you are protected, and the same goes with the strangers you meet on debating forums, they may have nice writing and nice teeth but , they may still be wearing sanitex rubber body stockings.

  Conclusion great points are made on these threads, but debate them indepentently and take your time, the conclusions you then come to may astound you....

  Millie210 thank you for that wonderful compliment and to add to your appreciation society of those that post, I have followed your posts and learnt so much, mainly that we can spend, years, months, days and nights learning about things that matter not. However your post to me was a transcendent touch of love, and it's meaning awakened in to me the realisation I am Mike, who ever he may be....I am Mike.

  On my latest thread I posted this:-

  My name is Mike, and I am such a terrible person that my former friends wanted to to arrange a special emergency meeting to disfellowship me. The meeting was to take place on Monday the...well that's not important, what is important is that i was not found hiding from the meeting in a dustbin, nor did I defend myself, instead I simply did not attend. More importantly I learnt if my former friends treat me like that, they were never my friends, and I will certainly not go through my life with there " opinion" is the all and end all of what's important.

  So I think these threads on proof of Gods existence are insane, we are here together ex- Jehovers Witnesses and we need special emergency meetings to discuss if God exists. That's insane. So unless you want the 300 honours and noble prize and can prove the point remmber people will still disagree? And if you can proove the point it would be bloody wonderful, but then those that oppose your thinking will " unanimously" dismiss what you say anyway. And who knows maybe someday in the not to long away future those that " unanimously " opposed your viewpoint will be proven right? Anyway either way I believe we all will all exspsrince rigamorphous

  To make this thread more meaningful I will say my real name is Mike, and I am such a terrible person my former friends wanted to arrange a special emergency meeting to disfellowship me.   Thanks for " runting" " sowhatnow" it was the first post I have read of yours and it was very enlightening and made me appreciate, we are all living vital humun beings and the complexities of our life's are challenging.   Katewild, you are what this board is about, and I have loved reading your post history, you make this place humun. And what I mean by that is you are so much more in your posts than a dot on a computer screen, you come across to me as a woman whose breasts rise and fall as she breaths, a woman alive in her sensitivity and emotions. That to me means " You will Never walk alone" even if you don't attend the matches.

  z is no long the coordinator(76 years old), bro y(60) is now the new coordinator of the body of elders".. you see, bro.

  z has been an elder for 43 years and 35 of them as the cobe/po.

  I don't want my post to appear insensitive, but this is not a " blanket" condemnation on the Watchtower, it is unfortunately the way all business led organizations treat " people"

  Sadly " organizations" do not have feelings, and they do not put the individual ahead of what benefits the " organization". This is the greatest lesson to learn from our freedom from the Watchtower, do not make the same mistake again and attach yourself to an " organization" no matter how worthy the cause. At least not if you expect to be treated as an individual.
